My perfect diet plan

So hmm, where do i start from? i was once a size 12!!! yeah hard to believe innit owing to the fact that am a size 8 now :D. i would let you in on what i did to get to where i am today...
i started exercising, well for a lot of people there is a misconception about this, when you exercise you keep fit not lose drastic weight, so you find a lot of people still exercising and still eating a lot of rubbish.

so i cut down on what i ate, i stopped taking fizzy drinks, greasy foods, i'm not a chocolate person so it wasn't hard to deal with that, i drank at least 12 liters of water everyday, i ate a lot of veggies and some fruits. And to top it of i didn't eat past 7pm, reason being because when food is consumed late, it takes a while for the fat to be burnt and thus we have cases of accumulated fat in the body over a long period of time . So here's the deal i'd share some of my secret... Don't eat past 7-8pm, tho i wud go with 7pm.
Eat more of veggies and fruits,and also organic foods, Drink lots of water, jog every morning and swim at least twice a week, this is a very good way of burning calories.
For me i dance too, so you could try it also its works wonders, and do full body workouts, this is to help you tone your body, so that you don't have accumulated saggy fat in inappropriate places like arms and thighs. Stay off greasy foods and fizzy drinks. Last but not the least, please don't overdo it OK... thanks for sticking with me and i hope you get that perfect body in no time.
